We see lighting as an inseparable part of architectural language — a tool that emphasizes material and space, defines atmosphere, creates depth, and shapes the way people experience space.
Over the years, under the leadership of Kobi Rosenthal and the studio team, the studio has grown into a leading practice that combines creativity, technical knowledge, architectural sensitivity, and broad hands-on experience.
Our history is intertwined with the evolution of lighting technology, beginning somewhere in the 1990s, in the era of incandescent and fluorescent lamps. Until 2019, the studio operated as part of the Gil Teichman Lighting Design Systems group. Many years of hands-on experience in the design, planning, and execution of lighting for events, stages, and live performances became our foundation, giving us broad knowledge of the craft of light and the making of the right atmosphere.
In that world we gained a distinctive understanding of the power of light — its effect on space, atmosphere, and experience — alongside strong execution capabilities, deep technical understanding, and boundary-pushing creative thinking.
Today the company focuses on architectural lighting design, while maintaining professional leadership, innovation, and creative thinking.
