Accessibility Statement

TR Lighting is committed to providing equal service to the whole public, including people with disabilities. We work to make our website accessible in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Accommodations) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard SI 5568 part 1, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at level AA.

Accessibility level

The site was designed and built to meet SI 5568 part 1 at level AA. The accommodations are implemented in the site's own code, not through a third-party accessibility overlay.

Accommodations implemented

• The site is fully operable by keyboard. A "Skip to main content" link appears at the top of every page, and the Escape key closes the menu.
• A visible focus indicator appears on every link and button during keyboard navigation.
• Semantic structure: hierarchical headings, navigation, main content and footer regions are marked for screen readers.
• Every image, including the project galleries, has alternative text in Hebrew and English. Decorative background images are hidden from screen readers.
• The page language and text direction (Hebrew right-to-left, English left-to-right) are declared on every page, and a language switch is available at the top of every page.
• Text contrast is at least 4.5:1 in every colour scheme, and a dark or light display mode can be selected.
• The site respects the operating system's reduced-motion preference.
• Every page has a unique, descriptive title, and every page can be reached in more than one way: menu, footer and sitemap.
• There is no flashing content, no time limit, and no auto-playing audio.
• An accessibility menu (the button in the corner of the screen, or Alt+A) lets you adjust the display: text size, contrast, line spacing, link and heading highlighting, a readable font, stopping animations and a large cursor. Settings are saved in your browser. The menu is a convenience tool only, not a substitute for the accessible code of the site itself.

Known limitations

• Some project pages embed a silent video shown as a visual background. The project content is described in the page text.
• We continue to test and improve the site's accessibility. If you encounter a component that is not accessible, please let us know and we will work to fix it.
