§ Design note
- 01Innovation Hub Identity. Light works with the exposed ceilings, graffiti murals, and brand accents to give City Zone an energetic, creative identity for the startups and city innovators it hosts.
- 02Work, Meet, Gather. The lighting supports a mix of co-working floors, meeting rooms, an event space, café, and lounges, shifting from focused work light to a softer, social atmosphere.
- 03Industrial Warmth. Decorative bulb clusters, pendants, and grazed timber and brick warm the raw industrial shell, balancing the exposed services overhead.

§ Technical notes
- 01Workplane Lighting. Balanced illumination is planned for the co-working desks, meeting rooms, and shared work areas.
- 02Event & Lounge Scenes. Scene control lets the event space and lounges shift between presentations, gatherings, and quieter everyday use.
- 03Decorative & Linear Lighting. Bulb clusters, pendants, track, and linear fixtures are coordinated with the exposed ceiling and the industrial finishes.
- 04Visual Comfort. Brightness and glare are controlled to keep the open floors comfortable for screen-based work beneath the dark exposed ceiling.
